Last summer, an old customer from Guizhou called and said that the track shoes of several crawler excavators they had were severely worn. After less than half a year of use, some corners had cracks. The construction site was mostly gravel slopes and slippery soil layers, and the original track shoes could not withstand such an environment.
This customer was not the first time to cooperate with us. Previously, we had a good cooperation on the bulldozer blade and chassis parts. This time he directly sent us photos of the site and said, "Look, are there any track shoes that are more durable?"
After reading the drawings and working conditions, our technical staff suggested that they use our heat-treated high-manganese steel track shoes instead, and optimized the plate structure:
1. Strengthen the central rib structure to improve the overall impact resistance;
2. The two sides were flanged for better grip when working on slopes;
3 The surface was sprayed with anti-corrosion paint to adapt to long-term rainy days and high humidity environments.
The customer ordered two sets at first, saying "Let's try the effect first." About a month and a half later, he called us and said that it was working well, especially during the continuous operation in the rainy season, there were almost no problems with slipping and falling edges. He said that the most intuitive feeling was that "the equipment can work for two more hours without having to stop and check the chassis."
Later, this customer made three more orders, not only replacing the track plates of all excavators on the construction site with ours, but also recommending us to his peers.
In fact, we have been in the accessories industry for so many years, and many of our cooperations are not based on advertising, but on actual feedback from "smooth use". Rather than boasting about how professional we are, we believe that a set of easy-to-use and wear-resistant track plates can speak for us.
