Production base:
Our factory covers a sufficient area and has clear functional divisions. It has multiple functional modules such as raw material storage area, cutting area, heat treatment area, machining area, spraying area, finished product packaging area, etc. All production areas implement 6S management standards. The site is clean, safe and orderly, which is convenient for efficient operation and quality control.
Advanced equipment:
1. CNC flame cutting machine/plasma cutting equipment: used for blanking of track plates to ensure neat cutting edges and accurate dimensions;
2. High-frequency quenching unit: heat treatment of key stress-bearing parts of track plates to greatly improve wear resistance and impact resistance;
3. CNC machining center: precision machining of installation holes and structural docking surfaces to improve assembly adaptability;
4. Gear hobbing machine, edge milling machine: machining plate edges and connecting parts to enhance stability;
5. Fully automatic spraying line: uniform coating, combined with environmentally friendly paint, the product is beautiful and corrosion-resistant;
6. Intelligent packaging system: a variety of export packaging methods, supporting wooden boxes, steel trays, wrapping films, anti-rust treatment and other combinations.
The stable operation of the equipment supports our ability to produce 600-1000 track plates per day, ensuring the timely delivery of customer batch orders.

Refined production process:
We adopt the "standard process + key process strengthening" model to control every process detail from the source:
1. Raw material acceptance: Use high-quality high manganese steel or wear-resistant plates, and conduct chemical composition testing and hardness testing before entering the factory;
2. Precision cutting: CNC cutting ensures that the size of each plate is accurate and uniform, and the edges are neat;
3. High-frequency heat treatment: Select different heat treatment parameters for different use environments to enhance the wear resistance of the grounding surface;
4. Machining: All screw holes and mounting holes are CNC processed to ensure no deviation with the whole machine;
5. Assembly inspection: Some structural parts are pre-installed and inspected to ensure assembly efficiency;
6. Surface treatment and spraying: Use anti-rust paint or customer-specified color spraying to meet export packaging standards;
7. Cleaning and packaging for storage: The final product is cleaned and anti-rusted by a dedicated person, and then packed and stored for shipment.
Quality inspection:
We have set up a full-time quality inspection department. From raw materials to finished products, strict inspection standards have been formulated for each step, including:
1. Dimension inspection (caliper, micrometer, gauge, etc.).
2. Hardness test (Brinell/Rockwell hardness tester).
3. Flatness inspection, hole deviation inspection.
4. On-site assembly sampling.
5. Anti-corrosion coating thickness inspection.
6. Packing firmness review.
Each batch of products must undergo a comprehensive quality inspection before leaving the factory. Only after passing the inspection can they enter the packing process. Customers get "real usable products" instead of "samples with qualified data".
