In the process of communicating with overseas customers, regarding logistics and freight, we found that the most frequently asked questions are: "How long is your delivery time? Is the packaging safe? How to arrange transportation? How to pay?" - In fact, we have already thought about these and implemented them in every order.

Whether the delivery link can be stable, reliable and transparent directly affects the customer's trust. Therefore, in recent years, we have formed a set of standard processes in logistics, delivery, packaging, settlement, etc. Today, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to it in detail.


About the delivery method: How do we ship and where do we ship?

We flexibly arrange a variety of transportation methods according to each country, order quantity and customer needs:

1. Full container/LCL sea transportation: the mainstream method chosen by most customers, suitable for large goods and low cost;

2. Railway transportation (China-Europe Express): fast and stable to Europe;

3. Air transportation: suitable for samples, small goods, and urgent orders;

4. Support customers' own freight forwarders or designated logistics companies: we are very skilled in cooperating with loading and docking information.

Our shipping ports include: Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Guangzhou, etc. We will arrange shipment from the nearest port to save transportation time.


About packaging: How do we package our products and how do we prevent damage during transportation?

Most of our products are metal parts, such as heavy parts such as track plates. If the packaging is not professional, it is very easy to rust, deform or bump during transportation.

So we are particularly particular about packaging, and the standards are as follows:

1. Fumigation-free pallets + wrapping film + anti-rust paper + desiccant, basically standard;

2. Some customers have higher requirements, so we also provide wooden boxes/steel frame wooden boxes for reinforced packaging;

3. All pallets or boxes will be sprayed with clear markings to facilitate customer warehouse receipt and inventory;

4. If there are special packaging requirements (such as environmentally friendly materials, logo printing, etc.), we can also customize it.

The goods we sent out have basically not been damaged or rusted during transportation, and customer satisfaction has always been high.

About delivery time: How long can we ship?

We will not easily promise an unreliable delivery time-we must tell the truth if we can do it.

1. Conventional track plates and standard models: basically, shipment can be arranged within 7-15 working days;

2. Customized models or processed parts: generally 15-25 working days, depending on the processing difficulty;

3. For urgent orders and special projects, we will coordinate with the production department to prioritize production and do our best to ensure.

Before shipment, we will communicate with customers in advance to arrange time, and cooperate with customs declaration materials, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin and other documents.


About payment: What methods do we support?

We understand that each country and each company has its own commonly used payment methods, so we provide more flexible options:

1. T/T wire transfer: the most common, 30% advance payment + 70% settlement before shipment;

2. Letter of credit L/C: We have supporting finance and can handle irrevocable L/C;

3. RMB account settlement: If the customer has resources or middlemen in China, they can also use RMB accounts;

4. PayPal / Western Union: We generally only use it for sample orders or small-scale fast transactions.

We promise: all transaction funds will be paid through formal public accounts, and formal invoices and receipts will be provided, which is safe and transparent, and convenient for customers' financial audits.


The last and most important thing is: how do we ensure communication and service?

For every customer order, we will arrange a 1-on-1 follow-up foreign trade manager to connect with the whole process. From the beginning of the order, we will do the following:

1. Actively report each key node (such as order confirmation, production progress, loading time, etc.);

2. Provide a full set of customs declaration and customs clearance information before shipment;

3. After shipment, we will track the logistics status, provide timely feedback and assist in handling any problems;

4. After the product arrives at the port, if there are any technical or receipt problems, we will respond in time.
